Cheltenham Promotion – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Promoter: This promotion is run by OddsMonkey (the “Promoter”).

1.1 Customers who purchase an annual OddsMonkey membership before Cheltenham begins on 10 March 2026 will be automatically entered into a prize draw.

1.2 Three (3) winners will each receive a £150 Amazon voucher.

1.3 No separate entry is required. Entry is automatic upon successful purchase of an eligible annual membership during the promotional period.

2.1 The promotion opens on 27 February 2026.

2.2 The promotion closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on 9 March 2026, unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Any purchases made after this time will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.

3.1 The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

3.2 Entrants must hold a valid, active annual OddsMonkey membership purchased during the promotional period.

3.3 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

3.4 Only one entry per customer/account is permitted.

4.1 Entry is granted upon the successful purchase of a qualifying annual membership.

4.2 Monthly memberships or trials may not qualify for entry unless specified in the promotional materials.

4.3 Refunds or cancelled memberships prior to the winner selection date will result in disqualification from the prize draw.

5.1 There are three (3) prizes available.

5.2 Each prize consists of one (1) £150 Amazon voucher.

5.3 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the promotion closing.

6.2 Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their OddsMonkey account.

6.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7.1 Amazon vouchers will be delivered digitally via email within 14 days of winner confirmation.

7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incorrect email details provided by entrants.

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of OddsMonkey’s terms of service.

8.2 Any attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the promotion may result in disqualification.

9.1 This promotion does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final.

9.3 By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

9.4 The promotion is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
